Return Policy
We always want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item is to be returned, please contact us prior to your trip to the post office. An item may be returned to tomatobaby up to 10 days after delivery, for an exchange or tomatobaby credit only. You will be responsible for postage costs. If the returned item appears to have been used or is no longer in its original condition, we will not accept your return. Credit will be given in the same form as the original method of payment.

Product Care
To care for your tomatobaby handbag, purse, or tote, its recommended to gently spot clean or go to the professionals and dry clean your item. It is not recommended to place your felted item in the washer or put it in the dryer. We’ve already done that process and a duplicated process would mean disaster to your felted treasure.
